Screw: a broad category of mechanical fastener with a male thread on the shaft, which is similar to the bolt.
Rivet: a rivet is a kind of mechanical fastener for permanent fastening, rivets have no threads.

BOLT & NUTS
Bolts are a type of fastener. Fasteners are used to secure or fasten materials together. There are many types of bolts and hardware nuts. Most, if not all, bolt types have machine threads. A threaded bolt screws into nuts to hold or fasten materials together.

CLAMPS & FITTINGS
They are fixtures and fittings with no moving parts, and their sole purpose is to hold and connect pipework and equipment used in membrane filtration systems.
